This presentation covers the actual levels, how you define your resources and deploy your armies to the battlefield. It covers how I calculate the cost of the land, the value of an Army and how much a unit will consume of its surrounding area to support its garrisoning there.
The strategy being where to deploy your units, in the obvious AAA rated resource generators, or at the main structures for tactical defence, or stealthy within other less prominent places to set a trap for the Captain Brannigan types who just steamroll in looking for the easy wins.
